Person X is leaving the project he was in with Person Y. Person Z wants Person Y to find a replacement for Person X who should be capable of eventually taking over from Person Y when he leaves the project in end June.
Person X is in level 8 and is about to be promoted to level 7. Person Y is presented with candidates in level 10. He’s forced to make a selection.
What should he do?
Update : He was forced to select some one from level 10, who suits at level 9, could be stretched to lower level 8 and is required to make a higher level 8 out of him.
BTW Person Y is in level 8 as well
%&*#@~!
Pissuda.. :-))
ReplyDeleteNop.. The ABC company has prohibited it’s employees from discussing work related matters in public. Person Y works for ABC
ReplyDeleteAllocation getting extended
ReplyDeleteHmm.. of whom? Hopefully of Person X :)
ReplyDeleteNo comments from person X :)
ReplyDeleteI found it a bit hard to solve the puzzle. But with the help of one of the comments (I won't specify which one!) , I can solve it now and also can assign values to variables (X,Y,ABC) except Z!
ReplyDeleteOh.. You know Z..
ReplyDeleteBut a Person W also came in to the picture and did the allocation of person V in to the project rather forcefully.
Now there's person U who's available and better suits than person V to the project. But person W is not willing to de allocate person V for some unknown reason.
No need to say - person Y is really pissed off by that
ReplyDeleteIt's news that person U who joined to a higher position in ABC company very recently is bringing in his old colleagues and forcible putting them in to good positions in projects.
ReplyDeleteUp till now, the ABC company didn't had this level of politics.
Who let the dogs out??
