The shot seems to have gone out of focus? Nevertheless the blurring adds some quality to the pic,nice!
It's spanned. i.e. The camera is moved with the subject while exposing in a relatively slow shutter speed.Idea is to capture a little bit of motion in to the photo.
Blurry..but I like it that way!
